DIGITAL PDFS AND ONLINE COURSES

Digital products do not require physical shipping. After successful payment, the download link or access instructions are normally sent to the email address used at checkout or made available through the relevant customer or course account. Delivery may take a few minutes. Please also check your spam or promotions folder.

If you have not received access, contact matejakjan@gmail.com and include your order number. We will verify the order and restore access as soon as reasonably possible.

PHYSICAL BOOKS PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM MATEART

Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by the destination, carrier, customs, public holidays, or events outside our reasonable control.

International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs charges where applicable, unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.
